HealthOS App
Predictive Health Operating System
Overview
Vanta OS is the intelligence layer of the Vanta ecosystem — a predictive health operating system built around a personal digital twin. It assembles a live model of you from uploaded reports, a questionnaire, connected wearables and Strava, then moves the work from reactive healthcare to intelligent self-regulation. An early version ran at Network School and Masters Union before the current build.
Role
Built end to end by The Atelier — product and design by Arun, engineering by Sujin. The work spans the product strategy behind the digital twin, the design system, and the full-stack app that turns raw biometric data into a personal roadmap.
The digital twin
Biomarkers are mapped as Peaking, Progressing or Lagging, and a contextual chatbot plots the data and builds a personal roadmap toward peak health. Workouts and meals are logged by voice, photo or text.
The scoring system
Four primitives carry the loop — a daily Streak for showing up, Lumen earned from effort, a daily Ichor readiness score from sleep, HRV and load, and Marrow, a goal-weighted score across six biological categories. The radar is shaped differently for each member goal, and the gap between ideal and actual is the roadmap.
Highlights
Personal digital twin
A live model assembled from reports, wearables and Strava.
Goal-relative scoring
The same six axes weight differently for a founder, an athlete or a longevity goal.
Multimodal logging
Log workouts and meals by voice, photo or text.
Real-world endpoints
Connects out to labs, matched supplements and clinician consults.
