A tool that collapses video post-production from hours to minutes. It ingests raw footage, transcribes it, finds the cuts, and assembles a rough edit automatically — leaving a person to do the final polish. Built so a two-person team can ship video at a real cadence.
Role
Designed and built the pipeline — ingest and transcription, automated cut detection and assembly, and the review interface where a person trims the final edit before export.
Ingest to rough cut
Footage is transcribed, silence and filler are detected and removed, and a rough assembly is generated automatically from the transcript.
A person on the polish
The tool does the mechanical work. Taste, pacing and the final trim stay with a person.
